Replace your small,
restrictive stock side-mount IC's and hoses with our new Big Side-Mount
IC Kit. Let those bigger turbo's breathe. These IC's flow
almost three times as much air as stock, have 23% more face area,
and almost twice the volume. The cores are 8"wide x 8".high x
3.5"
thick, bar and plate design with 2"dia inlets and outlets. The
IC's are completely TIG welded. End tanks are 1/8" thick alum. All
piping is 2"dia. Fits stock rear turbo outlet pipe and direct to
front turbo.
In order to max cooling capacity the bottom IC tanks sit as low as the
frame rails and will require removal of the factory plastic under-pans.
IC's have mounting tabs for stock locations. Choose from the available powder coat colors for
all
IC pipes. Installation diagram, rubber couplers, ss worm drive clamps, and hardware are included.
(Rear turbo outlet pipe is not included-use your factory pipe.)

Cool that charge air
for more horsepower. Our Front Mount Intercooler
has twice the hot flow area and 2.74 times the face area of the two
stock side-mounts. It's made from a 27"wide x 10.5"hi x 3.5"thk side to side
flow, bar and plate core. The IC is completely TIG welded. End tanks are 1/8"
thick alum. Keep your A/C, fans, & fog lights
on 1g Stealth. Requires minor alterations such as removal of plastic
radiator ductwork, relocation of charcoal canister to the passenger side
fender well, moving the horns, minor bumper notching and minor under
panel notching to clear lower IC pipes. The IC hangs from your
radiator core support. Piping from the rear turbo uses the stock pipe
to the first hose then our pipe (shown in red) expands to 2" and
connects to a 2" alum tube in the front fender area. We replace
your front compressor outlet hose with a steel 1 3/4" 'J' pipe
which connects to a 2" aluminum 'U'
and straight pipe under the IC. A single 2 3/4" alum IC outlet
pipe connects the IC to the steel 2 3/4" Upper IC Pipe (choose
standard or add "Blow -Thru" option) and your choice of BOV
flanges. Choose from the available powder coat colors .
Support brackets, rubber couplers, clamps and hardware are included.

Powder coated
steel outlet pipe sets fit rotated 16g turbos mounted to IPS or
3SX
headers. Made from 18ga mandrel bent tubing, they bolt to the
compressor outlets.
